The Friends of the Winfield Public Library is a nonprofit, volunteer organization with a seven member board. The Friends have provided continued library support throughout the years. In addition to financial contributions, they have added a needed voice advocating the value of the Library to the Winfield community.
Your Friends membership helps to provide library materials and programs that may not be covered normal budget resources. Through membership fees, book sales, and other fundraising projects the Friends have been able to sponsor Adult & Kids Summer Reading, special exhibits, music concerts, collection development, and building landscaping.
The Friends of the Library would like to welcome you to join the Friends and invite you to the meetings that are held on the second Monday of every month at 7:00pm. It is easy to join.
