Programs & Services
Winfield Public Library is part of Cowlnet, a non-profit resource sharing consortium combining the collections of Winfield Public Library and Southwestern College. The Library houses over 60,000 books, magazines, audios, and videos.

Winfield Public Library has an emphasis on service. A variety of programs for children, teens, and adults are presented throughout the year as well as various outreach projects.
