Story Times

“Children are made readers on the laps of their parents.” -Emilie Buchwald

Story Times for Growing Minds
Singing, talking, rhyming and reading to young children builds important connections in their rapidly developing brains.

The library offers fun, free interactive early learning opportunities for babies, toddlers and preschoolers.  Library story times are designed to help develop the Six Pre-Reading Skills in children. There will be a morning and evening story time. Each 30 minute session will include stories, rhymes, and songs that nurture your child’s growing mind and help build the foundation for a lifetime of learning.

Join us for a fantastic story adventure every week. Story time will be held in our Discovery Room in the children’s area of our newly renovated library!
