Beanstack for Kids and Adults

Check out Beanstack!

It is a free online reading service every Winfield Public Library card holder can use. It’s available year-round, and offers an innovative way to connect children and adults with books and educational reading activities that match each person’s interests, ages and reading level. It also includes book and activity logging, badges and registration for all members of the family under one account.

It’s a fun way to keep track of your individual or family’s reading activity. Beanstack awards virtual badges based on logged reading activities. Available 24/7 through your computer, mobile device, or in the library, Beanstack also uses the information you provide to send out great book and activity recommendations to each registrant on a regular basis. And, be sure to take advantage of the various book reviews or write reviews of your latest reads.

To start logging your reading in Beanstack you can register online at https://winfieldpl.beanstack.org/reader365. Once registered, it’s super easy to log reading activities for yourself and all of your family members. It’s an especially great way to track the progress of young readers as they develop their skills, but don’t let the kids have all of the fun. It’s for adults too!
